Her expertise is focused on organization performance improvement, high-impact coaching, and competency-based leadership development (with an emphasis on problem-solving, decision-making, strategic visioning, emotional intelligence, and self-efficacy). She designs tailored leadership and professional development systems that support organizational change initiatives and long-term effectiveness.

She is Founder and Principal Consultant of Altitude Consulting and Coaching LLC,an empowerment company specializing in strengthening leadership teams and promoting personal and professional development through education, motivation and coaching. She is an Adjunct Professor at Chestnut Hill College's School of Continuing and Professional Studies and also an Itinerant Faculty member for Montgomery County Community College's Workforce Development Center
