About The Presenter: Charlene provides tools and techniques to job seekers. She is a career coach, professional speaker, content writer and author. She is recognized as a subject matter expert balanced by a grounded approach that produces empowerment and results. Such is the consistent feedback that she receives from clientele. Her background includes managing a career center of 1000+ displaced professionals.

In addition to professional speaking she is the author of a commercial eBook entitled “How to Not Get a Job: 10 Pitfalls to Keep You Unemployed (Forever!). She also writes a career blog entitled “Slicing Bananas.”
