Birds of a Feather (part deux)

Our last meetup was a resounding success, so much so, that we're doing it again next week. Sorry for the short notice, but we feel this would be the best way to get things going and make sure we're covering some interesting grounds.

That said, we want EVERYONE who is a freelancer, independent contractor, be-your-own-boss, and others who aspire to work on their own, to come out, maybe have a drink, and have a round robin discussion with others who're in your shoes.

We want designers, copywriters, photographers, developers, electricians, magicians, musicians, and, well, frankly anyone who's got experience in the domain of being your own boss.

We're meeting on Thursday at VentureShot in River North, and we're nailing down a few details, including getting an industry professional who can come talk about one of the many perils of running your own business, and how to protect yourself.
