Museum Free Day from the Smithsonian is a nationwide thing.

Smithsonian Day is always September 17th

Some of these museums are normally free. And others may be closer to you.

BUT . . . for the moment . . . the plan is The Grammy Museum. . . FOR FREE!!!! On Wed the 17th. What a win.
