Join us every second Saturday of the month for a hands-on Home Tour designed for both new and experienced real estate investors who want real-world insight into how successful projects are built and executed.
During each tour, you’ll walk 6 active projects—ranging from ground-up new construction to value-add flips and major expansions—while learning how deals are structured, budgets are managed, timelines are executed, and risks are handled in today’s market.
We focus on full transparency:
- From acquisitions and deal sourcing
- Loan applications, financing structures, and capital deployment
- Real numbers, real timelines, real outcomes
- What’s working (and what to avoid)
- Construction phases, permitting, and inspections
- Design decisions that drive value and resale
- All the way through to turning the keys over at project completion
This is not a sales pitch or classroom seminar. It’s in-the-field education, open discussion, and practical knowledge you can apply immediately whether you’re just getting started or actively scaling your portfolio.
