"Beer Run" with Christopher McDougall

McDougall loves a cold beer on Friday afternoons. There's just one problem: he's going to be starting at Columbus Circle, and the cold beer is in Brooklyn.

Come join us at 4:45pm for THE BEER RUN.

*leave columbus circle at 5pm on the dot (large fountain at entrance to the park)

The entire run should be about 8 miles at a very gentle pace. We are probably going to run down the westside highway around the island to the Manhattan Bridge, then straight into Park Slope.
