Contact Improv Class & Jam Series

Welcome to our first event here on Meetup! We are so excited to be hosting a 3 part series on Contact Improv for the Gainesville community and surrounding area!

Contact improv is a free form intuitive dance style. There is no right or wrong and we often practice without music. (Sometimes a gentle downtempo playlist is used during jams)

All levels welcome.
This is a co-created, exploratory container for growth, play and connection.
We'll explore:
