Mystery/Thriller Book Club DECEMBER Meeting & GIFT EXCHANGE
Details
Let's get together to discuss this month's read, enjoy food and do a Holiday GIFT EXCHANGE!
December's book is titled "The Christmas Candle Murders” by Benedict Brown. The meeting will be held on Thursday, December 18th at 6pm. The meeting will be held at my house. If you don't have my address, please private message me and I'll give you my address.
If you’ve already read the book or didn't finish the book, feel free to still join us!
GIFT EXCHANGE:
We'll have a White Elephant Gift Exchange. It's a fun game where gifts are chosen at random and could be stolen by another person. Each book clubber brings one wrapped gift or placed in a bag (cough cough Terry!). ;) You don't want someone to see it before choosing. The cost of the gift should be $20. The gifts could be anything that you want. They could be nice, funny, weird, outlandish, or practical, anything you want but the funnier the better! :)
Sheila's name was picked out of the hat this month so she had the pleasure of choosing this month's holiday season book! Enjoy! :)
**Just a heads up, the group suggested each member place a title of a book in a hat and then I draw a title out of the hat and that will be next meetings book. Come with some titles in mind!
Happy Holidays and Happy Reading!
