This is more than a workout. It’s a convergence of movement, breath, and rhythm, a chance to connect with the harmony and vitality of One Creator, and to flow together as a Creative Life Force.

Tribe Flow Pilates combines structured Pilates, Cardio, Dance, and Vinyasa into a 75-minute full-body experience designed to strengthen, energize, and restore both body and soul. Every movement is set to rhythm, allowing participants to dance with the beat, align with their breath, and connect as a Tribe.

*This is a special opportunity travel event as Alicia travels with her work all over the states. Her CDA classes are booked for April 21st at 5:30am-6:30am, April 29th at 6pm-7:15pm, and May 12th from 5:30pm-6:15pm at Portal of Light. Class Structure:
• 50 minutes: Cardio + Mat Pilates with light weights
• Warm muscles deeply for safe, fluid movement
• Boost circulation and cardiovascular engagement
• Enhance flexibility and natural recovery
• 5-minute water break
• 15 minutes: Vinyasa flow and meditative cooldown. Along with breath work in cooldown, to allow participants to ground, reset, and enter a meditative state, completing a holistic experience of movement, connection, and healing.

All levels welcome! It is recommended to bring your own yoga mat but if not mat and weights are provided.

About Alicia Mathews:
Alicia, a native dancer from Las Vegas, found fitness & healing as a way to cope with life’s altered changes. With a huge passion for community and the power we create together, she’s fascinated by the unique experiences we all can have while being tapped into the same Creative Life Force. She is NASM certified; mat Pilates certified; barre certified, boxing level 1-3 certified, kettlebell certified with a decade of experience training and teaching classes between Las Vegas & Coeur d Alene, she created her own brand, without the politics of a stationed studio. Her goal is to create unity, harmony through dance and fitness reminding us all “We the people desire a more perfect union”

### 🌿 Awakening Within: A Full Moon Release & Renewal Journey

Step into a deeply nourishing evening designed to help you gently release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your inner calm.

As the energy of spring invites renewal and new beginnings, this experience will guide you inward—creating space for clarity, softness, and intention.

We’ll begin with a grounding meditation to settle the nervous system, followed by gentle, heart-centered yoga to awaken the body. You’ll be guided through a mindful tea ceremony, inviting presence and reflection, along with intentional journaling to support release and renewal.
