CDA Lightworkers

This class is the next step in the Source Light Healing Course for those who have completed level 1. Level 2 is all about how to use Source Light energy to facilitate healing for others and to continue learning more energy healing techniques. This class can also be retaken by any previous class participants who would like to retake this class. If you have already taken Level 2, you may receive a 50% discount.

During this class you will learn everything you need to know to conduct an energy healing session. This will be a 2 day class, taking place on Saturday October 11th and Sunday October 12th from 10:30am-6:30pm both days. The class cost is $333 which requires a $50 deposit when registering on meetup. The remaining $283 can be collected on the first day of class. If you would like to pay the remaining $283 into two payments, let me know and we can set something up. Classes include a 45-60 minute lunch break each day.

Day 1 will take place on Saturday, October 11th from 10:30-6:30 and will include:
- The step by step process of a healing session. You will learn everything
you need to know in order to perform an effective session while
keeping your frequency pure, allowing you to be an open conduit for
Source and for the receiver. This will include the continuation of
learning how to transform lower vibrational frequencies into pure
Source consciousness for the receiver
- How to properly and effectively protect and secure your energy field prior to a session
- Centering into your heart, power, and mind centers prior to healing
- A detailed explanation of frequencies and how to use frequencies to heal. You will learn how to use frequencies such as color frequency, symbols, light coding, and source light frequency
- Practice using frequency healing with hands and mind (Quantum
healing)
- Healer DNA level 2 activation
- A discussion on the integrity of being a healer, which will include
creating a personal and sacred set of rules in regards to your integrity
as a healer, creating a foundation for the work you will be doing from
this class forward
- How to send long-distance healing, including the integrity behind it
- More practice sending and receiving Source light energy
- A guided meditation to meet Source and receive a message around
your healing practice, whether that practice is for self, others, or for
the planet
- Q/A to answer any questions regarding Source Light Healing
*Handouts will be given to add to your binders to supplement all of the
information taught

Day 2 will take place on Sunday, October 12th from 10:30-6:30pm and will be set up as a full day of energy healing practice. We will begin the day by doing our grounding and centering meditation. We will then spend some time practicing the frequency techniques that were learned on Day 1. After this practice, we will move onto our individual healing sessions. Each participant will practice their step by step healing process, in which they have just learned, in order to conduct their very first source light healing session on a fellow class participant. You will practice on each other, giving and receiving healing. I will have massage tables set up and all of the information you will need. I will be available for guidance at any time during your practice.

While this level 2 class is meant to teach all about how to heal others, it also provides valuable information for those who are interested in using healing for themselves. I have received some interest in a level 2 class for those not interested in healing others, therefore I am designing this level to include a lot of helpful information and techniques to help those that do not necessarily wish to move into a healer position or who is still questioning it.

Please bring your SLH binders, a journal, a pen, any food/drinks that you would like to bring, and any meditation gear you would like to use. There is a fridge for food storage and a tea kettle that can be used for class. I have a few extra pillows and blankets if needed for meditation purposes.

Start your weekend off right with our Hatha Flow yoga class. This class is a slow-paced flow class designed to tone and energize the body. Poses are held 3-5 breaths, allowing the body to reap the maximum benefits. Core strengthening is woven into the flow to create a stable foundation in which we can explore a deeper range of mobility within the body. Classes are a maximum of seven participants and recommended for any skill level. No yoga experience necessary.

This class will be hosted by Danielle Grenell.

Essentials: Please bring your yoga mat, a full water bottle and any extra props you wish to utilize during the class or Savasana. *We are not offering mat rentals at this time.

Please arrive at least five minutes early to provide ample time settle to the present moment. Doors will open ten minutes prior to class.

Class passes must be purchased in advance. Payment can be provided digitally via venmo or cash app. Payment links are listed below.

Cancellation policy: 24hr notice prior to event is required for a full refund. Cancellations made after this time or no call/no shows will receive no refund. *Extenuating circumstances will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
