Little Lights: Kids Meditation Class ✨✨ Make Your Own Moon Water Spray 🌙

In our upcoming Little Lights class, your child will have the opportunity to make their very own moon water spray. We will provide the moon water, which will be created from the Sagittarius full moon. Students will then learn about mixing essential oils to create a fragrance that helps them bring in the energy they are wanting, such as peace, calm, balance, or strength. All materials will be provided and students will get to take home their spray to be used at their leisure.

As with every Little Lights class, we will include a dedicated meditation segment, something our students always look forward to and respond to with enthusiasm! 😊

Little Lights; Kids Spiritual Classes are currently designed for ages 7-13 however we will be expanding as we grow to include all ages. Little Lights is an opportunity for children in our community to explore their spiritual side and get in touch with their souls. We will be learning and practicing meditation, energy work, visualization techniques, and various self-regulation tools. We will also host playful classes including jewelry making, creating vision boards, and more. Our goal is to teach these incredibly helpful tools to these beautiful little souls that they can carry with them through their development, helping them remember their peace, their light, and their purpose as they grow.

Jordan Gray, Erika Crempa, and Christine Milam will be cohosting this class. Jordan Gray is a quantum healer who recently opened Portal of Light Healing Center in downtown CDA. She has been working with children in a professional setting since age 16 when she became a swim teacher. She taught swimming to kids for 10 years while also teaching preschool and studying psychology at California State University, Los Angeles. She also started her reiki training at age 21 and has been a professional healer for over 10 years. Erika Crempa has recently received her certificate as a certified Source Light Energy Healer and is focusing on healing children. Christine Milam is a certified nurse who is also certified in Source Light Energy Healing and has a passion for working with kids and helping to bring more play into this world.
