Join Dani for an Evening of Grounding, Centering, and Connection. Unwind and nourish your mind, body, and soul with a soothing blend of Hatha Yoga and Somatic Movements designed to calm your nervous system and restore balance.

What to Expect:
\- Gentle Hatha Yoga and somatic practices to ground and center\.
\- Extended Savasana for deep relaxation with guided meditation to cultivate inner peace\.
\- Journaling prompts to find bliss within your being\.

Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed, centered, and aligned. All levels welcome!

Please bring:
Journal and something to write with.
Yoga mat, bolsters, blocks, or any meditation tools you enjoy using.
Water and snacks.

Class takes place at Portal of Light Healing Center located at 408 Sherman Ave, Suite 211. Portal of Light is on the 2nd floor of the Dingle Building, straight across from the stairs.
