Stillness and Sound- Gentle Yoga, Breath Work, and Sound Bath

Join us for a seasonal practice of returning to self. The winter months are a powerful time for restoration and reflection. In this one hour class we will incorporate mindful movement, the power of breath work, and the soothing resonance of crystal singing bowls. This class will create a space to soften, release, and tune into your inner wisdom. All are welcome-no experience needed. Come as you are. Leave renewed.
