Hatha Flow Yoga Class With Dani

Start your week off right with our Hatha Flow Yoga class! This class is crafted to ground you in the present moment and help you cultivate an intention for the week ahead. With poses that are held for 3-5 breaths, you'll enjoy maximum integration and light core strengthening to build a stable foundation. Open to all skill levels, our intimate classes have a limited quantity of participants, making it perfect for anyone, whether you're a beginner or seasoned yogi.

This class will be hosted by Danielle Grenell.

Essentials: Please bring your yoga mat, a full water bottle and any extra props you wish to utilize during the class or Savasana. *We are not offering mat rentals at this time.

Please arrive at least five minutes early to provide ample time settle to the present moment. Doors will open ten minutes prior to class.

Class passes must be purchased in advance. Payment can be provided digitally via venmo or cash app. Payment links are listed below.

Cancellation policy: 24hr notice prior to event is required for a full refund. Cancellations made after this time or no call/no shows will receive no refund. *Extenuating circumstances will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

Space is limited so please cancel your reservation if you are unable to make it. Life gets messy and we understand! If you wish to cancel, please do so on meetup and also message Dani directly @425-366-0021.

If class is full, please add yourself to the waiting list and check your emails up to a day before class in case of any cancellations.

4 Class pass $90 (valid for 3 months)
$10 Off first class for all new yoga class members - Please mention upon arrival

Portal of Light is located on the 2nd floor of the Dingle Building, Suite 211, straight across from the staircase. The Dingle Building is in between Avalon Real Estate and CDA Fine Jewelers.
2hr parking is available on the street.
