Details

It’s easy to see the value of Lean UX. Solving problems that have user value, validating assumptions before building anything … Sure! Makes sense. But how do you apply it to your work within a large enterprise? How can something born within small, co-located startups with easy access to users apply to your distributed corporate team in a monolithic organization?

Anthony Viviano has been practicing Lean UX within enterprises He will lay out his approach and share his own case study.

You’ll learn:

  • The basics of Lean UX
  • The different “tribes” within Lean UX
  • The unique challenges that Enterprise UX teams face
  • Why Lean UX is worthwhile within your organization
  • How to introduce and practice Lean UX

Anthony Viviano is a mobile interaction designer at Bloomberg L.P., where he designs mobile interfaces that allow financial experts to perform tasks when not on their Bloomberg terminal.

Prior to Bloomberg, Anthony worked both as a consultant to large enterprises and embedded in design teams where he enjoyed tackling the most complex user interfaces on mobile and desktop.
