Isaac Bashevis Singer, Shadows on the Hudson

We will meet to discuss Isaac Bashevis Singer's novel Shadows on the Hudson (1957; first translated into English 1998), which has been described as Singer's masterpiece and as a manifestation of the author's dark side.

Paul has graciously offered to host our meeting at his home on the Upper West Side, near the building where Singer and his wife lived for many years. The event address will be shared with attendees before the meeting.
