A New Years Eve Walk for people who want to do something different to see in 2026.
We are making our way to the Folly on the Pike in time for Midnight, where we will hopefully enjoy uninterrupted views and watch the New Years fireworks across Lancashire, Merseyside and the Wider North West. The price includes tea, coffee and cakes.
We would like to meet intelligent and interesting people with a quirky outlook on life and a sense of adventure, who are also moderately fit since this will involve a short night hike.
Meeting point- The Pigeon Tower Car Park, Sheephouse Lane, Rivington.
Head torches, weather appropriate clothing and sturdy footwear advised.
