Vocal Workshop: Vocal & Performing Techniques for Singers of All Levels

An opportunity to LEARN HELPFUL VOCAL TECHNIQUES such as correct breathing, breath support, initiating and centering the tone, extending your vocal, dynamic and interpretive range, diction and other aspects of singing. A solid vocal technique gives you the confidence to perform well.
MINI VOICE LESSONS of 10-15 minutes will be given to each singer. A group warm-up will begin the meetup. Members will also sing a group song, if time allows.
Bring two copies a song with the entire accompaniment, preferably a ballad or slow song of any genre to work on with the instructor.
Fee: Members: $15 in cash at the door (exact amount, please) - Visitors: $7
RSVP by 11: 45 p.m. Feb. 20. Please arrive at least ten minutes before meetup begins, as elevators are busy at that time.
