Activating the Body’s Wellness System

The body comes equipped with a built-in wellness system. It is an aspect of the energy body that has been with us since before we first began our cycle of incarnations.

In this course, the muni Narāda begins the activation of our body’s built-in wellness system.

Narāda is the son of the Hindu creator deity, Brahmā. Because of his abilities to traverse the dimensions and see in all directions of time, he brings news from realm to realm, often initiating great change.
