Note from Jessica - Whenever people ask me where to find the best GF pizza in NYC, I say my kitchen. I make NGNP pizza several times a week, and everyone who I recommend this cookbook to has agreed that it’s life changing. It’s my go-to cookbook when hosting parties, and both GF and non-GF friends LOVE this pizza. A few years ago Kelli and Peter were kind enough to share their recipe for Neapolitan style pizza with our group and join us via zoom for a pizza making tutorial. We’re thrilled that they’ll be joining us again this year, and this time we’ll be making their New York style crust!
