Social Skills Group for Middle School Students (Ages 11–14)
Middle school can be socially overwhelming for many students.
Some kids struggle with entering conversations, navigating friendships, managing awkward moments, or feeling confident in group settings.
This small-group event is designed to give students structured opportunities to practice social skills in a supportive environment.
During this session, students will practice:
• Starting and maintaining conversations
• Navigating friendships and peer dynamics
• Handling awkward social situations
• Building confidence in group settings
• Developing stronger communication skills
This is not therapy — it is a guided social skills coaching group where students gain practical tools they can use in school, friendships, and everyday life.
Students participate in:
• Interactive activities
• Guided discussions
• Real-world social practice
• Confidence-building exercises
The goal is to help students feel more confident, capable, and comfortable connecting with others.
