Welcome to the Celtic & Chakra Meditation & Journaling weekly drop-in class! As a carer, you already give a lot, the emotional and physical demands of caregiving can lead to burnout and compassion fatigue, leaving you drained, overwhelmed and disconnected from yourself.
Join us for a restorative meditation and journaling experience designed specifically for caregivers like you. In a welcoming and supportive space, you'll learn gentle meditation techniques to reduce stress, improve emotional resilience and reconnect with your inner peace. Through guided journaling, you'l have the opportunity to reflect, process emotions, and cultivate self-compassion.
