Snowshoeing at Donner Lake

Donner Memorial State Park is located adjacent to Donner Lake in Truckee. During winter, visitors can snowshoe on trails and play in the snow in this historic site. There are several flat, well-marked snowshoe trails to choose from. IF YOU CAN HIKE YOU CAN SHOWSHOE!

Carpools will leave from Roseville Park ‘n Ride adjacent to Golfland Sunsplash at 8:15am. Or meet us at Donner Memorial Park at 9:45am. Parking is $5. Recommend warm socks, layers, knit hat, sun protection, and water. And bring your own gear.
