Yoga mat, pillow, and blanket for comfort — you’ll be lying down for the session. Dress in warm, cozy, flexible clothing.
📍 Location: Education Building (upstairs) at the Center for Spiritual Living Asheville
🕒 Time: Arrive at 2:45 PM to choose your space — doors close promptly at 3:00 PM.
💫 Energy Exchange: Sliding scale $10–$20
🚗 Parking: Accessible parking is available in the upper lot off S. Bear Creek Rd (between Science of Mind Way and Sand Hill Rd). A boardwalk connects the lot to the building entrance.
