Allow the soothing vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls and healing frequencies to gently wash over you… clearing stagnant energy, calming the nervous system, and restoring balance to mind, body, and spirit.

🌿 What to Expect:
Simply lie back, relax, and receive. No experience needed. This is your time to unwind, release what no longer serves you, and realign with a sense of peace and inner harmony.

⚠️ Please arrive 15 minutes early to claim your spot. First come, first served. Doors will close promptly at the start time.

Accessible parking is available in the Center for Spiritual Living Asheville upper parking lot. The entrance to the upper parking lot is off of S. Bear Creek Rd between Science of Mind Way and Sand Hill Rd.
There is a boardwalk walk-way from the upper parking lot to the building entrance.
