A Participatory Workshop of
Connection & Aliveness
facilitated by Sid Friedman & Percy “Ray” Ballard
What if the peace, love, and aliveness you’ve been seeking isn’t something you have to create, but something already here, waiting to be recognized, liberated, and lived? This workshop is a guided group experience, a shared exploration where your shine emerges, deepens, and is celebrated through the wisdom of the whole room.
Together, we’ll be a safe and welcoming space where all perspectives and experiences are honored. You’ll be invited, always optionally, to share and discover how your inner experience is similar to others.
Through gentle facilitation, you may notice a shift into an embodiment of your radiant shine. This isn’t a fix-it workshop but an invitation into wholeness, authenticity, warmth, and vitality.
The workshop may draw from somatic awareness, Zen, Internal Family Systems, Nonviolent Communication, Authentic Relating, InterPlay, the power of attention, and nondual inquiry, all in ways that feel accessible, grounded, and alive.
