1p - Dana Punzo will lead the Gentle Flow Yoga. This workshop is suitable for all levels of yoga practice.
2p - Sayrah Garrison Fogle will lead the 5RHYTHMS workshop. Get ready for a Dynamic Movement Meditation. Sayrah has curated a music selection for this Movement workshop that will get you moving to different rhythmic segments.
3p - Sharon Cheston is an accomplished teacher of Qigong, rooted in traditional Chinese meditative movements that combine mindfulness and breath to cultivate and strengthen the body's vital life force energy.
4p - Kat Roman will lead a Sound Journey with her bowls and instruments, creating a meditative state in our bodies. Close this Sacred afternoon of Healing with Compassion, Loving-Kindness and Quiet Reflection.
Throughout the afternoon (from 1p to 5p), you can sign up for private short sessions for the following:
-Short Reiki sessions with Fernando Roman - Fernando will channel Reiki energy to help you balance your body's energy, promote healing, and improve health and well being.
-Short Integrative Healing sessions with Michael Schmidt - MIchael is a Gifted Healer with a long-established Integrative Healing practice in the Chatham/Madison area. He employs various modalities to awaken the Healing process in us so we can live life more fully.
What to bring:
_Got Joy? Bring it!!!
_Bring a yoga mat for the Yoga and Sound Journey workshops. To enhance your experience, you may choose to bring your blanket, pillows/cushions and eye cover for the Sound Journey.
_Bring hydration and light snacks, especially if you have specific dietary needs. There will be light refreshments available.
