We invite you to join us for the first in our ongoing series of community building, positive, peaceful, uplifting, nervous system regulating, sound and movement healing events! (Whew! That was a mouthful!)
We will have some rhythm instruments and we always welcome flow artists!
Onsite info booths, vendors, food, fire pit for community conversations, food, sound bath, yoga, qigong, euphoric movement/movement meditation (our version of ecstatic dance) and more!
2:00 - 3:00 opening circle (info), 3:30 sound bath (relaxing) with Root + Rise with Pam, 4:00 qigong/yoga (energizing) with Sarah Brown, 4:30 euphoric movement (releasing) DJ Duke and Dasha of DDs Entertainment, 5:30 closing circle (recap), 4:00-6:00 community conversation circle/fire pit.
Bring a yoga mat, towel or blanket and pillow if you like to use during the sound bath. Chairs will be available as well…
