Sound PlayShop with Joyful Expressions

Step into a sacred space where sound becomes meditation. This Sound PlayShop is an interactive, heart-centered experience that gives participants the opportunity to explore intuitive instruments—drums, chimes, shakers, singing bowls and more. Together, we will build a shared soundscape, creating vibrations that move through the body, syncing with others to create a unified field of sound. No musical experience is necessary, only curiosity, the willingness to listen and the willingness to play. Wear comfortable clothing and come prepared to settle into a creative, meditative zone.
