"I don’t usually start off affirmations with a negative word. However, what I have found in saying: “don’t make it a problem,” is a transcendent moment and feeling for me. I have made this statement to myself when facing uncomfortable situations and conditions. And, I have shared it with many people these past few weeks. It has become a reminder to me of who I am and what I want to experience."
