• Instructor, Mike Ward, will help us learn how practicing Yoga can improve physical and mental wellness.
• Classes provide breath training, strength and balance, improved flexibility, relaxation, and grounding experiences.
• We will practice basic yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and relaxation methods that contribute to a clear mind and healthy body.
