This is a space to begin differently.
Through simple Qigong movements and breath, we’ll reconnect with the body, calm the system, and create a more grounded start to the week.
This isn’t about doing it perfectly.
It’s about:

  • Slowing down
  • Becoming present
  • Starting your week from a steadier place

What to expect:

  • 30 minutes of guided Qigong (gentle, active meditation)
  • Simple, accessible movements
  • No prior experience needed

This event takes place inside Walton on the Chattahoochee (private community).
We will meet on the lawn by the deck.
Guests are welcome, but you must register for access in advance to enter the property.
