This introductory mindfulness meditation course offers a gentle, experiential pathway into greater presence, clarity, and compassion. Over a series of themed sessions, participants explore foundational practices that support well‑being and emotional resilience. We begin with body awareness, awakening the senses and reconnecting with embodied wisdom, then we explore the breath as an anchor for grounding. From there, we learn to witness the thinking mind with curiosity rather than judgment.
As the course unfolds, we turn toward the landscape of emotions, cultivating the capacity to meet feelings with steadiness and care. We conclude with the practice of metta, or lovingkindness, awakening the heart’s natural warmth and strengthening our sense of connection with ourselves and others. Each session blends guided meditation, reflection, and accessible teachings designed for beginners and the mindfulness‑curious. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace, honoring their lived experience while discovering practical tools for daily life.
