Join us for a dynamic two-hour Pilates + Calisthenics Workshop designed to build strength, mobility, and confidence in a welcoming, beginner-friendly environment. This workshop blends the mindful movement of Pilates with the strength and skill work of calisthenics, helping you unlock movements like crow, crane, flying lizard, elbow levers, L-sit, straddle hold, push-ups, planks, pistol squats, dragon squats, and bird of paradise.
Youโ€™ll spend the first hour to hour and a half training โ€” exploring progressions and variations suitable for all levels, especially those with foundational strength (like being able to do a push-up). After the workout, we'll unwind and connect with fellow participants at our bar with some snacks and drinks.
Move, strengthen, and treat yourself. This workshop is the perfect blend of sweat and sweetness!
IMPORTANT: Snacks are included in the ticket price so feel free to mingle and enjoy afterwards!
