Tai Chi Chuan is a form of gentle exercise and moving meditation. Practicing Tai Chi helps you to heal your body, gain peace of mind, and increase mobility. Tai Chi is excellent for balance, coordination, and stress relief. These slow movements help to strengthen the body, boost vitality, and allows you to move through the world with grace and ease.

Dear student,

There are attendees from the CDA yoga studio, meet up, and from my college classes. We have a range of students from brand new to long term; all levels are welcome. I always teach to the level of the beginners as well as the advanced student. If you are just starting with us, you will do great I am sure!
