Centering Sessions: Self-Exploration Through Drawing and Movement

Centering Sessions are on-on-one Zoom sessions where you're guided through movement and/or drawing exercises with the goal of self-regulation and self-connection.
Sessions are either 30 minutes or 50 minutes and consist of a quick check-in, a quick creative warm-up, and 2-5 simple exercises that anyone can do. The goal of these sessions are to help your nervous system chill and your brain feel less soupy. The sessions can be therapuetic but they're not therapy, just a soft landing space for your overworked brain and body. They're great for a wind down at the end of the day, or for feeling grounded and connected to your worth & purpose before a big date, meeting, interview, etc!
One-time 30-minute introduction sessions are only $25! After we initially meet & find out what works best for you, I offer on-going 30 minute sessions at $55, and 50 minute sessions at $90. I also hold 3 Pay-What-You-Can sessions a week to account for different financial situations.
