I’m Jake Huddelston, a full-time land investor and entrepreneur. I’ve built businesses in land investing and small time developments, mortgage notes, and real estate tech. I created this group to bring together the kind of community I wish I had when I was starting out—one focused on sharing real insight, learning from each other, and growing together.
