The Corridor Economic Forum
📅 October 16, 2025 – Morning
📍 Commons Conference Center, UT Austin
🎟️ Part of the North America Manufacturing Summit 2025
🌐 f50summit.comAbout the Forum
The Corridor Forum spotlights the Texas–Northeast Mexico Corridor, a rapidly emerging North American mega region spanning Texas, Nuevo León, and Coahuila. With a combined economy of $2.9 trillion, the corridor rivals the New York–Boston region ($3.5T) and surpasses the Chicago–Great Lakes region in scale.
Texas anchors this corridor with over 90% of total output, underscoring its role as America’s second-largest state economy. Yet, the integration of Monterrey’s industrial dynamism, Coahuila’s manufacturing base, and Texas’s innovation-led growth is positioning this region as the growth engine of North America.
Hosted by F50 Nexus, and supported by INCMty and the Long 100 Corridor Forum, the event convenes leaders across government, industry, real estate, and investment to chart the future of this cross-border powerhouse.
Growth Dynamics- Population Growth: Expanding at ~1.5% annually, outpacing the near stagnation of the Northeast and Midwest. Monterrey’s metro boom and Texas’s strong migration are driving demographics.
- Economic Expansion: GDP up ~70% in the past decade, fueled by technology, energy, and advanced manufacturing — comparable to Southern California’s trajectory, and significantly faster than the Northeast.
- Strategic Position: The corridor is becoming a binational hub for supply chains, real estate, and logistics, reflecting the shift of North America’s growth engine toward the Sun Belt and cross-border economies.
Program Focus
The Corridor Economic Forum will feature keynotes, industry reports, and high-impact panels, centered around three themes:- Economics of the Texas–North Mexico Corridor
- Trilateral growth dynamics of Texas, Nuevo León, and Coahuila
- Industrial integration and macroeconomic outlook
- Opportunities for cross-border trade and investment
- Real Estate Development in the Corridor
- Industrial & commercial real estate expansion in Texas and Monterrey
- Warehousing, logistics hubs, and land development
- Cross-border real estate trends and financing models
- Cross-Border Collaboration
- Case studies of binational partnerships in manufacturing and logistics
- Role of universities, incubators, and innovation hubs
- Building resilient supply chains for the automotive, energy, and construction sectors
Format
- 🎤 Keynotes & Featured Presentations – Corridor visionaries and policymakers
- 📊 Industrial Report Release – Exclusive data on economic and real estate trends
- 💬 Panels & Dialogues – Executives and investors on growth, policy, and collaboration
