The Lean Cocktail

The Lean Cocktail allows you to “mix” a fit-for-purpose set of methods and frameworks delivering solutions with speed to value. Specific to this Lean Cocktail, major ingredients are Lean and Kanban, served to the organization’s Way of Working.

Masa helped pioneer the Kanban Method, High Collaboration Frameworks, and XSCALE. He authored “Serious LeAP: Boosting PMBOK® based Project Management with Lean Agile” introducing practical Hybrid methods that framed the cocktail of methods to the Way of Working.

Masa was a founding team member of five startups in Silicon Valley (one was acquired by AOL, one by Quiaguen, and another one became DirectTV). He founded Valueinnova LLC, a global consulting firm that successfully brought lean-agile transformation to companies from Fortune 100 to startups.

Currently, Masa is a key member of the team of experts transforming over 29,000 people at Morgan Stanley and in his spare time, Masa is a sought-after Keynote speaker and presenter at international conferences and continues to share his experiences and knowledge by publishing over 60 articles.
