Peer support group: Memory & Recall

Im happy to announce our next meeting day for the Au/ADHD Peer Support Group. Its a topic that can drive me crazy everyday. Memory issues.

Memory and recall are aspects of cognition that many individuals, especially in the neurodivergent community, grapple with daily.

Whether it's struggling to remember past events, difficulty recalling info during conversations, or facing challenges in retaining new knowledge, issues with memory and recall can profoundly affect our lives.

In this group we'll share experiences, strategies, and techniques for memory and recall issues. (One of the biggest things being fostering a supportive environment!)

This meetup welcomes everyone but places a special emphasis on supporting the neurodivergent community. Our aim is to create a space where youll feel comfortable listening, learning sharing, and connecting with like-minded peers.
