Walk & Word of Encouragement

Alright friends, here’s your chance to move your body, meet some new people, and fill your soul!

This SAL Central Coast Women’s event is all about walking in community. Come meet other local women while enjoying nature, connecting through conversation, and receiving a word of encouragement to carry into the week.

What to Expect
We’ll walk 3ish miles along the beautiful coastline from Grover Beach to the Pismo Beach Rock (through the creek and past the pier so expect to get a little wet and sandy). We’ll gather for 20-30 minutes before we start to walk so we can meet, get to know each other a little, and I'll share a little word to lift your spirit. You’ll also get some fun conversation starters to make it easy to talk to someone new (trying to avoid the boring small talk that makes us all nervous)!

Who
This event is for women of all ages and walks of life. Come solo or bring a friend, babies and pups welcome too (as long as they are friendly)!

When
June 29th @ 3:30 pm PST

Where
Meet at Grover Beach in the courtyard between Fin’s Seafood Restaurant and the boardwalk entrance.

What to Bring
• Walking shoes (or barefoot if you want)
• Water
• Sunscreen
• A light jacket or layers
• An intention to meet new people & connect
