Ontario ridge trail loop via Pirates cove parking area

Come join me and get a workout while watching the sunset and window shopping million dollar homes, we will be starting at a steep section to get the rough part out of the way. Locals say that this trail has some of the best views around! You'll get spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and bluffs. You'll also get views of vineyards and the surrounding hills. This route has some rocky, steep sections so it is a good idea to wear hiking boots or other sturdy shoes. Most of this trail is shaded, however there are are few open sections that do not have much shade.
