Cerro San Luis Obispo is a prominent 1,292-foot volcanic peak in San Luis Obispo, California, known for its iconic white "M" on its eastern face, which stands for the local Mission College Preparatory Catholic High School. As part of the Nine Sisters, a chain of volcanic plugs, it's a popular destination for hiking, jogging, and mountain biking, offering trails with great views of the city and surrounding landscape.

This will be a 4 mile hike out and back with a 1056ft elevation gain. It will be a prep hike for people wanting to take on the tri tip challenge. We will be going at a leisurely pace.
