Bob jones-Sycamore-Avila ridge trail- return up pirates cove hill

Join me for a hike to Avila ridge then down to el portal drive and we will be hiking back up from the pirate cove side. Hike is moderate to intermediate hiking shoes snd poles are a great option , approximately a 6.7 mi out and back with 1382ft elevation gain. Furry friends welcome on a leash but beware of foxtail and tick season. Meet at Parking Lot (see pin) lunch is a possibility after the hike 🤙🏾 bring plenty of water and snacks.
