Please arrive early so we can start on time. Give yourself enough time for downtown parking. The door locks when class starts.
What to bring: You may bring a blanket and eye mask for comfort. If you choose a grounding floor space, bring a yoga mat or you can rent one for $2.
Please refrain from wearing strong scents such as perfume and cologne.
