How it all started
What began as a simple idea—to connect local people passionate about renovation and small development—has grown into a fast-growing and highly engaged Central Coast property community.
Our meetups were created to give renovators, small developers, investors, and trades a place to share real experiences, practical knowledge, and genuine connections. No hype. No hard selling. Just real conversations about what’s actually working in today’s market.

Where we are now
Today, we host bi-monthly meetups at Ourimbah RSL, bringing together a dynamic mix of renovators, small developers, property investors, and industry professionals. With 20+ attendees at each event and over 40 active members (and growing), our community is known for being supportive, enthusiastic, and highly connected.

Each meetup features guest speakers who share insights across renovation, development, finance, strategy, and the realities of working on property projects—along with open networking that encourages collaboration and long-term relationships.

We are not a real estate sales group, and we don’t run hard pitches or pressure tactics. Our focus is purely on:
