Central Coast & Hunter Renovators and Developers Meetup

Our April meetup is focused on one of the most important parts of any project — funding.

This time, instead of a single speaker, we’re hosting a panel conversation exploring different ways investors and small developers are funding their projects right now.

We’ll be discussing topics like:
• How traditional lending works for projects
• What brokers actually look at when assessing finance
• When private money or joint ventures might come into play
• What people mean when they talk about “money partners”

You’ll hear perspectives from people active in property projects — and we’ll open the floor for questions and discussion.
This session isn’t about selling finance products or pitching strategies.

The goal of the evening is simple:
To help you better understand the different ways projects are funded so you can make more informed decisions.

If you’re planning your first renovation, a duplex, or your next development, understanding how finance works can make the difference between a project moving forward… or sitting on the sidelines.
