Everyday Improv: Skills for Life

Details

These interactive, welcoming workshops use the tools of improvisational theater—like play, spontaneity, and "yes, and"—to build real-life skills for communication, confidence, and connection.

No acting or comedy experience is needed. Through guided games and group activities, participants explore how improv principles can help them listen more fully, respond more flexibly, and thrive in daily life, even when things don’t go as planned.

Whether you're looking to speak up more, connect with others, or simply have fun in a judgment-free space, these workshops offer something for everyone.

Repeats every 1st and 3rd Sunday from 9/21-12/7. $15 per or $75 all.
