Yocto/OpenEmbedded Bootcamp

Officially on hold until they get their "space" together. No date but "maybe mid-July". Sorry about that...

SB MakerSpace is moving to a bigger/better location, now with meeting room (well, there will be once the move is completed). Now scheduled for a Sunday afternoon, but can go later as needed.

This will be a hands-on Yocto/OpenEmbedded boot camp to get people started building their own custom Linux OS for things like RaspberryPi and BeagleBone (or even x86). There will be multiple experienced instructors, a remote build machine, and your laptop. Applications range from remote sensor nodes to 3D printers to drone autopilot and data acquisition, pretty much anything you can think of Look at some of the projects if you don't believe me:
