Investor Meeting

Attention Investors: March 28th is our 2nd meeting of the year at the Santa Maria Association of Realtors Office. Doors will open at 6:30pm for networking. 7:00pm the meeting will begin.

The big question when it comes to doing a fix and flip is, "where do I get the money from?" Arnold Podrebarac who is a Hard Money Lender will be this month's speaker. Some of the questions he will be helping us with are, What is Hard Money? What does a Hard Money lender look for when they are going to fund a project? Why do we use a Hard Money lender over Conventional Lending? These are just some of the questions that will be answered for you this month.

Now, here's the exciting part of the meeting. If you're looking at a deal RIGHT NOW, and you're trying to figure out if you need to Wholesale it, Fix and Flip it yourself, or do a buy or hold, or walk away from the deal, we will help you analyze the deal and see what strategy will work best for you. This open discussion is how deals get done, with people in the room.

The focus of our Investor group is to help you. We do not sell any products and because of our change of venue from restaurants and conference rooms, we are hosting these meetings free of charge. We encourage everyone who is new, experienced or at the expert level of real estate investing to join us. Let's turn theory into action!
