This ongoing weekly class is designed to support your emotional, energetic, and spiritual wellbeing while helping you consciously create the life you truly want.
Each week, we explore a new theme — from gratitude, forgiveness, boundaries, and past lives, to psychometry, colour therapy, sound healing, and more. No two classes are ever the same, but they all lead to a deeper connection with yourself.
We conclude most sessions with powerful belief clearing using the body pendulum, identifying and releasing subconscious patterns that no longer serve you — creating space for transformation.
